Reservation Payments

Before making payment, make sure you have confirmed that the dates are available and have gotten us a completed rental agreement. Reservation Deposit (50% of the total amount) is due at time of booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to stay. If booking within 30 days the full payment is due. Thank You!
